“Viþer” (meaning “forest” or “wood” in ancient Swedish) is an acoustic project of J. Hallegren (Månegarm) and Sir.N (Svartrit, Grav, Grifteskymfning etc); dealing with local folklore and myths and tales from J.Hallegrens’ home region in Sweden. This song is from the debut demo, and was written and recorded in periods between 2015-2017, soon to be released by Mystery of Death Production, highly limited to 100 copies of colored and hand numbered 12″ vinyl. The release will contain both patch and poster and feature more than 40 minutes of Nordic folk anthems.
